Award Winners were announced on Feb 24th

VPA Professional member and Picture Editor Sabrina Pitre has picked up a BFE Award in the category of Best Editing in an Animated Series, for her work on Season 3 of Love, Death + Robots (episode “In Vaulted Halls Entombed”). 

She humbly shares this nomination with fellow editor Jim May, as well as all the other incredibly talented editors who worked on the series as a whole: Kirk Baxter, Julian Clarke, Dave Conte, Matt Mariska, Alberto Mielgo, Stephen Mulholland, Tyler Nelson, Todd Raleigh, and Hiroaki Sasa.

The British Film Editors “Cut Above” is the only major UK award dedicated solely for editing and post production in Film and TV.  It will be held this year on February 24th, both virtually, and in-person in Central London.
