Laudate Singers will take you on an a cappella journey of songs from around the globe! Starting in Canada with the talented Indigenous composer Andrew Balfour’s Vision Chant, then to Latin America with songs from Mexico, Argentina and Brazil, to the Philippines, Japan and China, South Africa, Europe, Scandinavia and back to Canada with a brand new commission by the VPA’s very own, and very talented Brazilian Canadian composer-in-residence, André Luiz Machado.
